Vendors are needed for the first annual "Ladies Night Out" event sponsored by the Town of Clifton Park Office of Parks, Recreation & Community Affairs.
Ladies Night Out will be held at the beautifully restored Historic Grooms Tavern located on the corners of Grooms and Sugarhill Roads in Clifton Park on November 16, 2007 from 6-9:30pm.
We are looking for individuals who would normally hold house parties to demonstrate and showcase their products. This will be a wonderful opportunity for local residents to start their holiday shopping! Space is limited and will be given on a first-come first-served basis.
As an historic building, the Tavern has several small rooms which will be utilized in this event. Set up space will be limited, ranging from 5x10 to 7x12. One table with linens and two chairs will be provided for each vendor. Vendor forms are now available online and at the Office of Parks, Recreation & Community Affairs located in Town Hall. Businesses are asked to pay a fee of $20 to cover set up and marketing expenses. Confirmation letters will be mailed out by September 28th. All participating vendors are asked to donate one item or hostess gift to be given out as a door prize. Demonstrations will be staggered every 30 minutes so that each vendor will have several opportunities to showcase their products.
