Clifton Park Yard Waste Pick-Up Program

The Town of Clifton Park and local trash hauler County Waste will continue their partnership to provide FREE Leaf and Yard Waste pick-up for Town residents effective starting April 1, 2008 through November 30, 2008.

- Leaves must be placed in the brown Paper yard waste bags - no plastic bags will be accepted. Brown paper leaf bags are available at local retailers and home centers.

- Leaves or grass clippings may also be placed in 32 gallon or less cans with no lids. Can or bag weight must not exceed 50 lbs.

- Do not put any dirt, sand, rocks, gravel, pebbles etc. in yard waste containers or bags.

- Small brush and branches; less than four feet (4') long, less than three inches (3") in diameter, bundled and tied will also be collected.

To keep the streets, your lawn and your neighbors' lawns neat and clean, bagged leaves and brush should not be placed out for collection until the night before your yard waste pick up day.

Yard waste shall be collected weekly through the end of November according to the following Schedule:

South of Kinns Rd. - Place out Sunday night for Pick up Monday or Tuesday – (pick up may be delayed till Tuesday if there's a large volume of yard waste out.)

North of Kinns Rd.
